We want you to love your Spongellé experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, used body buffers and beauty products cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
